Workout Wednesday

I absolutely love doing yoga. The mixture of stretching, flexibility, as well as muscle building  is one of the major reasons I love yoga. I also love it because I am paying such particular attention to what my body is doing and how to deepen the work that position presents that my mind tends to just let go and relax. My mind soley focuses on the yoga and not on the stresses of day to day life all while working out!

If you enjoy yoga or would like to try it, here is one of my favorite videos that I do at home often. It's a good mixture of moves in about 30 minutes.
